The cookies we set

• vexels_sesion: tells the server it is you once you sign in with your link. It is technical (you cannot sign in without it), only this website reads it, the page's code cannot read it, and it expires after 30 days or when you sign out.
• vexels_oauth_intento: only if you connect an AI assistant to your account (MCP). It keeps the authorisation step for 15 minutes and is sent only to the addresses of that authorisation.
• vexels_ref: only if you arrive through the link of a Vexels affiliate (the affiliate program) AND ACCEPT the notice we show you. It keeps that affiliate's code and click, nothing about you, for 60 days, so that if you create your account the commission goes to whoever recommended you. Only this website reads it and the page's code cannot read it. It is not essential to use the website: that is why we ask for your permission.
• vexels_consentimiento: only if you arrive through an affiliate's link. It remembers what you chose in that notice (“si” or “no”, nothing else: neither the affiliate nor anything about you) for 180 days, so we do not ask again. It is technical: it stores your decision, and without it we could not respect it.

The affiliate cookie notice

The notice is shown only to people who arrive through an affiliate's link, and it has two equal buttons: “Accept” and “Reject”. Until you choose, we store nothing: neither the vexels_ref cookie nor the visit.

If you accept, we store vexels_ref and record the visit for the affiliate (without your IP in clear: only a keyed hash (HMAC) used to count unique visitors). If you reject, there is no affiliate cookie and your visit is not recorded for anyone: we only add one to an anonymous count of how many people rejected each day, without the affiliate or anything that identifies you.

You can change your mind at any time with the buttons at the end of this page (rejecting deletes vexels_ref) or by clearing this site's cookies in your browser.

Preferences stored in your browser

The theme (light or dark), the appearance, the last channel you used, how you view your library, recent voices and whether the sidebar is collapsed are stored in your own browser's storage (not in a cookie) and never leave it. You can remove them by clearing this site's data in your browser.

What there is not

This website does not use analytics, advertising or social-media cookies, or third-party cookies. That is why, except for the affiliate cookie, it does not ask for consent: technical cookies do not need it. If we ever add another one that does, we will also ask you first.

When you pay, we take you to Stripe's page, which is a separate website with its own technical and fraud-prevention cookies: those are controlled by Stripe. And if our network provider (Cloudflare) needs to check that you are not a bot, it may set a technical security cookie during that check.
